SOME IMPORTANT AUTHORS & WORKS ON ASOOL-E-HADITH (IN THE SUBCONTINENT)
Abstract
After the Holy Book Quran the Hadith is second major source of
Islamic Sharia. Therefore Companions (Sahabas R.A) and Muslim
scholars devoted their lives for compilation of Hadith. Hundreds of
thousands of Muhadiseen invented such simulated and rational
principles according to which every single deity of the life of the
Holy Prophet is recorded in its true form. Usool-e-Hadith is an
important knowledge and source which provides the principles to
check the level, text and narration of Hadith. In this article, a brief
introduction of Hadith and Usool-e-Hadith and the overview sketch
of Books on Asool-e-Hadith in Sub-Continent is presented.
